  • Training and nutrition are built specifically around your goals, schedule, experience level, and environment. Adjustments are made as we go, based on feedback, progress, and what is actually happening as you progress.

  • No. Programs can be built around a home gym, a commercial gym, or limited equipment. Access is taken into account when your plan is designed.

  • You have direct access to me for guidance, questions, and adjustments. Coaching includes ongoing feedback and accountability so you are not navigating the process alone.

  • Both. The approach supports fat loss while building strength and muscle in a sustainable way, without extremes or burnout. The emphasis can shift based on your goals and starting point.
